1. General Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Returns Eligibility

Change of Mind (14 Days)

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind, provided that:

  • the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • all original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included
  • the return request is approved by our support team

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
  • The return address will be provided after contacting our support team

Refunds for change-of-mind returns are processed after the item is received and inspected.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
  • items returned without prior authorization
  • items with missing original packaging or accessories
  • orders abandoned or destroyed due to unpaid customs duties or taxes

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide: your order number ,clear photos or videos showing the issue, photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable)

5. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item received

After verification, we will:

  • ship the correct item at no additional cost, or
  • issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable)

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.


In certain cases, refunds may be issued as:

  • store credit, or
  • partial refunds

Refunds do not include:

  • shipping fees
  • customs duties
  • taxes
  • return handling fees (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

If canceled in time, a full refund will be issued.


After Shipment

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP and DDP Terms)

The customs, duties, and tax terms shown on each product page apply to that specific product. Some products are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, while selected products may be shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.


For DAP products:

  • import VAT, customs duties, and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer
  • customs-related fees paid to customs authorities or carriers are non-refundable

For DDP products:

  • import duties and taxes are included or handled before delivery when the product page states that these charges are included
  • customers should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery

Customs-Related Refunds:

  • ✔ If a DAP shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees:
    A refund will be issued excluding shipping and return costs
  • ✔ If a verified DDP shipment is incorrectly charged import duties or taxes upon delivery:
    Contact our support team with payment proof so the case can be reviewed
  • ✖ If a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs:
    No refund will be issued

9. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Delayed Shipments

Delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events are outside of our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost:

  • a replacement will be sent, or
  • a full refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs, if applicable)

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.


Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and limit available refund options.


We are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.
