1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier handling.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • Delivery times do not include order processing time

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, peak periods, holidays, or other factors beyond our control

3. Shipping Method & Fees

Most international orders are shipped using Air logistics (Express).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • destination
  • order weight
  • order volume

The final shipping cost is displayed before payment confirmation.

Additional Notes:

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may be canceled or delayed
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or overweight shipments
    (you will be notified before processing)

Countries We Do Not Ship To

Due to customs regulations, import restrictions, carrier limitations, and high delivery risk, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries:

  • Argentina
  • Pakistan
  • Azerbaijan
  • Armenia
  • Georgia
  • Kazakhstan
  • Uzbekistan
  • Kyrgyzstan
  • Tajikistan
  • Turkmenistan
  • Israel
  • Turkey
  • Russia

Why We Do Not Ship to These Countries

We do not ship to the countries listed above for one or more of the following reasons:

1. Mandatory Recipient KYC Requirements

Some countries require the recipient to submit personal identification documents (KYC) to customs authorities before delivery.

This process often causes:

  • significant delays
  • failed deliveries
  • returned or abandoned shipments

To avoid negative customer experiences, we do not support shipments requiring mandatory recipient KYC.

2. High Customs Intervention & Import Restrictions

Certain destinations have:

  • strict or inconsistent customs procedures
  • frequent package inspections
  • unpredictable import approvals

This increases the risk of:

  • long delays
  • unexpected fees
  • shipment seizure or destruction

3. Elevated Risk of Delivery Failure

Based on logistics data and carrier feedback, shipments to these regions show a higher probability of:

  • failed delivery attempts
  • packages being held indefinitely
  • disputes related to non-delivery

4. Payment Processor & Fraud Risk Considerations

To protect our customers and comply with payment processor risk standards, we restrict shipping to regions with elevated chargeback and delivery dispute rates.

This helps us maintain:

  • secure payment processing
  • stable checkout availability
  • fair pricing for all customers

Important Notice

Orders placed with shipping addresses in restricted countries may be:

  • automatically canceled, or
  • refunded (excluding processing or transaction fees, if applicable)

We strongly recommend verifying shipping eligibility before completing your purchase.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship to most countries worldwide where:

  • standard customs clearance applies
  • no mandatory recipient KYC is required
  • delivery reliability meets our quality standards

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (DAP and DDP Terms)

The customs, duties, and tax terms shown on each product page apply to that specific product. Some products are shipped under DAP terms, while selected products may be shipped under DDP terms.

Delivered At Place (DAP)

For products marked as DAP (Delivered At Place), import VAT, customs duties, and local taxes are not included in the product price.

This means:

  • Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Customs authorities or the courier may contact the recipient directly if payment is required
  • In most cases, no additional charges are applied for small electronic accessories. However, if any fees are required by local customs authorities, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

For products marked as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), import duties and taxes are included in the product price or handled before delivery, as stated on the product page.

This means:

  • Import duties are included in the price when the product page states that these charges are included
  • The customer should not normally be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes upon delivery
  • Customs authorities or carriers may still require standard clearance checks or delivery information, depending on the destination country

Important Customs Information:

  • Customs clearance times vary by country
  • Customs delays are outside of our control
  • Refusal to pay required DAP customs fees may result in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed

Refunds Related to Customs:

  • If a DAP shipment is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees:
    A refund will be issued excluding shipping costs and any return fees
  • If a shipment is abandoned or destroyed by customs:
    No refund will be issued

We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Tracking Notes:

  • Some international shipments may update slowly at first
  • Once the package arrives in your country, a local tracking number may be assigned

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Allow extra time for customs processing
  3. Contact our support team if the delay exceeds the estimated delivery window.

Lost Shipments:

If a shipment is confirmed lost, you will be offered: a replacement, or a full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable)

7. Delivery Issues & Missing Items

If marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the local courier
  • Notify us within 7 days if the issue persists

Missing Items:

  • Some orders may ship separately
  • If packaging appears damaged or tampered with, take photos before disposal

Missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with:

  • order number
  • photos
  • description of missing items

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Returned orders due to incorrect address:
    Refund issued minus shipping and return fees
  • Abandoned or destroyed shipments:
    No refund

9. Failed Delivery / Local Post Office Collection

If delivery fails due to:

  • no recipient available
  • restricted access
  • unclear address

The shipment may be held at a local post office.
